2025 - Community, Momentum, and What Comes Next

As 2025 draws to a close, it feels like the right moment to pause and reflect on what has been a defining first year for Radical Wax.

This year has been about people, first and foremost.

We have met so many brilliant individuals across the surf community, each conversation, handshake, and shared session reinforcing why we started this brand in the first place. From the Surf Show at The Wave, to chatting with students at the Varsity competition to watching the very best at the Surfing England National Championships, every event brought new perspectives and energy.

Beyond the events, it has been the everyday interactions that have meant just as much. Surf shop owners and online retailers who backed us early. Surfers talking wax in car parks. Ambassadors who believed in what we are building. Local groms full of stoke. Parents juggling schedules and supporting young competitors. Judges and coaches giving their time and expertise. Other brands pushing standards higher across the industry.

All of these moments have shaped Radical Wax over the past year.

2025 has also been a year of learning, listening carefully to feedback, refining what we do, and understanding where Radical Wax fits within a wider surf ecosystem that values performance, responsibility, and authenticity.

Looking ahead, 2026 is already shaping up to be an exciting next chapter, something Rad is in store! We will be expanding internationally, taking Radical Wax beyond the UK. Our look and packaging will be evolving, and surfers will be able to find us in more surf shops than ever before. There is a lot in motion, and we are only just getting started, watch this space.

To everyone who has supported, stocked, tested, shared, competed, coached, judged, or simply stopped for a chat this year, thank you. Being part of this community has made our first year far more meaningful than we could have imagined.
