Online Orders

Processing time is between 1-2 working days.

All orders are posted using Royal Mail's Tracked 24 Service. 

Shipping fees will automatically be applied at Checkout depending on the weight of the products in the order. 

Orders are shipped on business days only. Business days are Monday-Friday, excluding public holidays.

International Shipping

Radical Wax ships internationally and shipping charges will automatically be calculated at Checkout.

International Shipping – Customs Clearance & Import Taxes: Radical Wax Ltd cannot accept responsibility for customs clearance or any import tax, country-specific customs charges or local country tax. Please check with your local customs before purchasing.

We reserve the right to adjust our shipping rates at any time without prior notice. By purchasing goods from our website you are agreeing to the terms and conditions of the website and the shipping rates shown at checkout. Please contact us if you have any questions on shipping rates.

Sales to non-business customers that are located outside the UK will be distributed using Delivered At Place (DAP) shipping terms. The customer is the ‘importer of record’ and liable for any import VAT/customs duty that may apply on import.

Returns

Here at Radical Wax we have every confidence that you will enjoy our products as much as we do and that your goods will arrive in perfect condition. However, should you change your mind or find that your goods have been damaged then please follow the guidance below.

Please note that the below policies apply to the UK only.

Cancellation

You have the right to cancel your order from the moment you place your order to 14 days after the day you receive your goods. If you do decide to cancel your order you must do so in writing or by e-mail to the below addresses.

Once you have notified us you have 14 days to return the goods in an unused, saleable condition. We will then be happy to refund the cost of the goods and the original shipping to you. You remain responsible for the cost of the return postage. We recommend sending the goods by tracked mail as we are unable to refund goods if they are lost in transit or have been used or damaged.

Damaged Goods & Incorrect Orders

If you find that your goods have reached you in a faulty or damaged state we will happily replace them free of charge or offer a full refund. Please note that we may require photographic evidence and/or the return of the damaged item for our Quality Review team before refunding you. In these cases we will communicate with the customer directly and reach a decision within 10 days of receipt of the goods/photos. You have 30 days from the day you receive your goods to notify us of faulty or damaged goods by calling our customer service number or by e-mail. We reserve the right to refuse returns after the 30 day period has expired.
